| so i have ONE AND A HALF WEEKS left at school!!!! i am so excited about leaving Lynchburg and going home to see my family and spend my birthday with them and then go to CAMP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ok... i'm done.... :) i miss you best friend | | |
| so... it's been a while and i have much to tell... to start off i had a pretty good christmas with some exceptions like me having a stomach bug and throwing up for 24 hours straight and so then my little bro got it so we ended up not being able to see any family on christmas eve or day- which is tradition. some amazing news.... MY BEST FRIEND IS GETTING MARRIED!!!!!! cuz i mean how cool is that? congrats to megan and matt  again....  i got my truck inspected on monday and it failed because i took it to goodyear cuz i had a free inspection and they printed off a quote of all the things they said needed to be fixed on the truck so it would pass inspection and it would have cost almost $1000.00! how ridiculous is that... so needless to say i was very upset... so i took it back to my parents house and me and daddy went to advanced auto or somewhere and got all the parts for less then 150 bucks and fixed it all oursleves... it was really fun! i learned how to fix a bunch of stuff on my truck and all sorts of cool stuff..... let me tell you what- if i ever have to have my truck worked on again- i bet i could do it almost by myself.... it was pretty funny.....yesterday when daddy and i were working it started raining so we had to move next door under grandma and papa's carport.... me and daddy were both in coveralls and the men came over to papa's house to test the well water so it can pass inspection so they can move in and so papa came over and was crackin jokes on me cuz i had grease all over me and i was packing the bearings and i had on a camo hat and blue coveralls and boots.... it was funny... papa told the men that i was the prettiest little grease monkey he had ever seen.... ha.... well my truck finally passed inspection and now i'm back in lynchburg and i'm trying to find a better paying job so i can pay my rent and bills.... which is not an easy task in a big college town.... oh well... maybe i'll find one one day.... well now i have to finish typing up my resume' then i'm off to bed.... til next time... | | |
| so i figured i'd update this since i haven't in a while. i'm sitting on my bed watching She's All That- it's a great movie. i'm waiting for my clothes to finish drying in the dryer so i can head home for the holidays... woo hoo!!!! i'll be home for like 2 weeks.... i might go crazy... but it'll be ok.... i don't see my family a lot so i don't mind going home anymore... it'll be fun especially since my grandparents are building a house on our 4 acres. it should be done by now so i'll have to probably help them move in over break- no biggie. alright well hopefully they're done now... have a great christmas and new year! be safe... | | |
